Doc Hunters was founded in 2012 by two industry consultants. With decades of experience, they recognized that the dental industry was changing and that owners and employers were facing increasing difficulty trying to find and hire top-quality dentists for their practices.
They formed one of the first dental industry-focused recruiting firms. Since then, the company has had over 250 successful placements with over 150 companies across the country.

Stacey M. Dlouhy
Stacey began her career as an exercise physiologist for a privately owned chiropractic clinic in North Dallas. Here she developed and implemented their corrective exercise program that continues to be a part of the successful integrative model in place at the clinic. Her success at the clinic led her to the role of Office Manager over their clinics. Here she was successful at building lasting relationships with patients, growing the practice through community involvement, social media, and traditional marketing as well as utilizing her ability to connect with key leaders in the industry to drive patient compliance and company growth. Stacey’s approach to leadership and hiring as well as retaining quality staff comes from her ability to reach people on a personal level and hone in on candidates expertise to match them with the best company culture.
